Bryan J. Erickson, President/CEO, is the founder and primary principle of highWAY Financial Networks. In 1996 he had a vision of establishing an investment management firm that delivered investment advice with a Biblical worldview – one that focused on the spiritual and financial needs of the advisors and clients. Bryan has successfully opened and managed branch offices for regional and national investment firms. Bryan was instrumental in the establishment of the Shasta Regional Community Foundation where he subsequently served as a founding Member of the Board. He was Chairman of the Shasta County Planning Commission and has served on several non-profit boards in Shasta County. Currently he is serving as a founding board member of Community Transformation Wellspring, Inc.
Kathy Giske is a committed follower of Jesus for over forty years. She is the Director of Middle East Partners, a ministry involved in strengthening the community of believers in the Middle East through leadership development and partnership. She has served with the Billy Graham team as program director at four world congresses that gave her opportunity to meet leaders and build relationships with hundreds of leaders from every continent. Kathy is able to converge a lifetime of leadership experience and passion to empower this strategic vision.
Vance started his first business at the age of 11 and since then has founded and run numerous organizations and businesses including a real estate development company, a web development company and a non-profit organization. He has served as a consultant for California community colleges, sits on the national steering committee for the Lighthouse movement and taught as an adjunct professor at Western Seminary. His book has sold in over 25 countries, his articles have been published in magazines, blogs and ezines, and he has appeared on numerous radio and television shows.
Joseph, the CEO of Olive Technology manages the Company's overall business planning and corporate strategy. Prior to founding Olive he served as the Chief Executive of Matrix Computer Consultancy in India. He has employed his extensive track record in empowering various for profit and not-for-profit organizations in India and the USA. After receiving highest honors for B.S in Computer Science from Biola University, CA, USA, he continued with an M.B.A. in Information Systems Technology for a graduate study at Georgia State University, USA.
